On a recent trip that included China and Thailand, I brought the smallest guitar I owned (it fits in the overhead bin no problem) and I was positive there would be no problems with the airlines. Wrong! When I got home, I made it my mission to find a guitar that NO AIRLINE could mess with. And I found the Rocca Travel Guitar.

Small size, great sound, 2 pickups, quality hardware, hand made by my friend Pablo Rocca in Houston. The headless neck unbolts from the body, and each piece fits into its own leather gig bag. And…it all fits in an overhead bag! Take that, airlines!

I even take the Rocca on little trips around California. It’s easy to travel with, easy to stash out of sight, and sounds really good!

Easy to unbolt the neck. Separate gig bag for each piece, all fits in a carry-on!
