I accept a small number of private students. My schedule doesn’t allow for regular weekly lessons, so instead, lessons are scheduled on a “when you are ready” basis. For each lesson, I will give you a good amount of material to work on, and when you feel like you have a handle on it (doesn’t need to be perfect), it’s time to schedule the next lesson.

Online (Zoom) lessons are the obvious choice if you do not live in the central California area. You are welcome to record these zoom lessons so that you can refer back to them later. If you do live in the central California area, we can definitely schedule in-person lessons. For overseas students, scheduling can be a little tricky due to the time differences, but we have always been able to sort that out. 🙂 You can opt for a one hour or a 90 minute lesson, depending on your needs, schedule, and budget. I have a short questionnaire (see it here) that I also provide to new students, which helps me a lot as I plan for your lessons.

My lessons often include PDF handouts, audio files, iReal Pro files, and whatever other materials are appropriate. If you are interested, and would like to know more, please reach out on the contact page.
